Paint Composition Of Color Coated Coil

Released on Oct. 11, 2018

A variety of different Color Coated Coil coatings, there are four parts, namely resin, pigment, solvent, additives. The solvent is a volatile component, and the three parts are substantially non-volatile.

Resins required as film-forming materials are fairly stable during the storage period of the coating, and no obvious physical or chemical changes occur; in the film formation, under the specified conditions, the film can be rapidly solidified.

There are many kinds of resins, and resins commonly used in coil coatings include acrylic resins, epoxy resins, polyester resins, and polyurethane resins. Different tree fats have different physical and chemical properties, as well as weather resistance and corrosion resistance.

The pigment must be used in combination with the resin. The main role of the pigment in the coating is to color the Prepainted Steel Coil film. The difference in pigment ratio affects the hardness, gloss and corrosion resistance of the coating film.
